Please note that we strictly follow the latest GMC guidelines, so all patients must be over 18 years of age and must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. A full medical history will be taken before any treatment is carried out and all patients should have informed written consent before being treated.

Cancellations/Refunds

If you decide to cancel an appointment that you have booked, the £100 deposit is non-refundable.

We are able to reschedule appointments provided we receive at least 7 days notice prior to the treatment date. Please contact info@nordicskinklinik.se or call 0046706241179 to reschedule your appointment. All new appointments are subject to availability.

If a patient does not attend their booked appointment or wishes to cancel an appointment, the company will retain the payment and no refund will be made.

We reserve the right to change or cancel the date or venue. Should this be necessary, our staff will contact clients immediately and arrange an alternative date. We will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by clients.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments or withdraw clients who we consider to be disruptive, defamatory or disruptive to our services.

Treatments may be reversible but are non-refundable. These treatments are subjective in nature and no treatment will be carried out without verbal, written or photographic consent. Patients must be screened prior to any reversible treatments and are encouraged to see the same therapist for this.

Late Arrivals

Patients who arrive late for their appointment will not be allowed to attend as they will interrupt the day’s treatment, impacting on other patients’ treatment times.

Appointment Booking

All our appointments are consultations and treatments are carried out on the day. A consultation is charged at GBP 100 (the booking deposit you pay) and cannot be transferred to a later treatment.

Price Structure and Packages

While there are many tailor-made packages available, individual quotes may vary due to the quantities used. Different facial expressions may require more or fewer treatment shots or the treatment itself may differ from what is stated after consultation and facial assessment. This will be discussed with you by your therapist on the day of treatment. You can view a full price list on the website.

Patient Complaints / Feedback

1. In the event of a possible side effect of a product after treatment, please contact us as soon as possible – one of our senior doctors will then contact you as a matter of urgency

2. If you have a question about asymmetry, please contact us with photographs. If a review/correction is required, an appointment will be booked for you via our clinic coordinator. At this meeting, we will review your before and after photos, your treatment record and the results of your treatment to determine what action is required.

3. Where necessary, we aim to offer all review appointments within 14 days of your request. Please note that we do not offer patients the option to reschedule review appointments once they have been confirmed.

4. If you miss your appointment, no further review appointments will be offered. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances. In these circumstances, if a patient misses 2 appointments, an additional consultation fee of £200 will be required to secure a further review appointment.

5. All anti-wrinkle treatment assessment appointments must be requested between 14 and 21 days after the first treatment. The review appointment must be booked no later than 28 days after the first treatment. Any requests outside this time frame will be treated as new treatments and must be booked and paid for in the normal way.

6. If a correction is necessary, this will be offered. If the result of the treatment is satisfactory and more product is required for the individual patient, a fee will be charged for the additional product.
